Syntagma

In the area of Syntagma, visitors will find a few nice bars, cafes and restaurants. Ermou Street, the city's biggest commercial street, starts from the lower part of the square and extends to Monastiraki.

It is worth mentioning that as one of the largest squares in Greece, Syntagma boasts various establishments, from impressive luxury hotels to shops, travel agency offices and currency exchange booths. Concerts and other events are regularly organized there, too.
